 For more than 25 years, floral design has been a part of who I am. Flowers have always felt alive to me — full of emotion, meaning, and the ability to transform a moment into a memory. Bringing them together into something beautiful has never just been work; it has always been a passion.

I first began designing in my early twenties, inspired by a dream my mother and I shared — to open a flower shop and spend our days creating side by side. We were blessed to make that dream a reality, even if only for a short time. After she passed away, I stepped away from flowers for a while. Life took me in a different direction and I returned to school to become a Registered Massage Therapist, a career I have loved deeply and still cherish.

But creativity has a way of calling you home.

Over the years I continued to design wedding flowers here and there for friends, family, and referrals. Every bouquet reminded me how much I missed the feeling of bringing something to life — the textures, the colours, the emotion tied to each arrangement, and the joy it brings to others.

Now, years later, I feel ready to step back into what first inspired me. With experience, patience, and a renewed appreciation for meaningful details, I’m excited to return to floral design and once again help create beautiful moments for people on some of the most important days of their lives.

This isn’t just a business for me — it’s a return to my roots, my creativity, and a dream that never really left.

At Flowers by Crystal, we specialize in wedding flowers.  From bouquets and boutonnieres, to table centrepieces, event florals and sympathy arrangements.  With a budget that fits your needs.

A consultation fee of $75 is required to secure your wedding floral design appointment.  This fee will be fully credited toward your final balance upon confirmation of your booking.  

In addition, a complimentary toss bouquet is included with the purchase of your bridal bouquet.
